Riverpath Repairs Completed - July 2012

Completed Riverpath July 2012The 300 metre riverpath alongside the river Mole as you approach Cobham from the Tilt and Stoke D'Abernon has been resurfaced with an all weather surface. This work has been undertaken by the CCHT as part of the Riverhill project.

This will make it much more pleasant for pedestrians to walk in to Cobham from the Tilt and Stoke D'Abernon. The flat surface will make it easier for Mums pushing buggies and push chairs.

Sir Gerald Acher, Chairman of the CCHT said "The new path is instrumental to the success of the Riverhill Project as it is the link between the High Street and The Tilt. People will be able to walk safely in either direction, whatever the weather."
