Surrey in the Great War - Can you help please?

Tower of London PoppiesAre you interested in capturing some of the stories from the First World War and would you like to become part of the Surrey Heritage project to preserve the legacy of wartime Cobham for future generations? The project is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and will help build a digital archive of Surrey's First World War story creating a lasting record of how the war shaped Surrey.

We are looking for Volunteers and someone to lead this project on behalf of our community who can collate the archive material we have available as well as explore original records, letters or gather stories that have been passed down through local families, etc.
